Refund Policy – TotalClean At TotalClean, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services designed to make your spaces spotless and refreshing. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy to understand your rights and our procedures. Service Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date. We will assess the issue and, if valid, offer one of the following solutions: A re-clean of the affected area, scheduled at your convenience. A partial or full refund, depending on the situation. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds or re-cleans are considered under the following conditions: The cleaning service was not completed as agreed upon. You notify us within 24 hours with clear evidence (photos, description). The issue was caused by our staff or a failure to meet promised standards. Non-Refundable Situations Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds in these cases: Service dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours of completion. Issues resulting from external conditions (e.g., excessive clutter, unsafe environments). Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment time. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 25% of the service cost. No-shows or last-minute rescheduling may result in full service charge. Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
